Cancellations
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice by phone or email. Failure to do so means the student forfeits the full tuition. Between 1-48 hours before the course, the participant only has the option to rebook the course.
Late or No Arrival
If arriving late, the participant may not be allowed entry into class and will forfeit the full course fee. It is participant’s responsibility to prepare appropriate time for travel to class. This includes public transport, weather, and traffic conditions. All courses indicate a start time and will commence as indicated on our schedule.
If late, the participant has an option to re-schedule for another course at a reduced rate. The participant will initially pay full price for the course, and be refunded 50% of the second payment when they attend their course.
If the participant does not show up to the course, or has not made arrangements prior to the course date to reschedule, he/she forfeits all fees. THE 50% REDUCTION DOES NOT APPLY TO NO SHOWS!
Refunds
Refunds issued for cash payments will be made by cheque to the person who paid for the course. If payment was made by credit card the payment will be refunded back to the original credit card.
On-Site Training
ISMS will invoice the company before the course date. Payment will be collected either before training, or on the training day. The invoice will charge for the quoted amount of participants. If there are extra participants, there will be a separate invoice. If there are less participants, the company must still pay for the quoted amount.
Privacy
ISMS will not sell, share, or rent any personal client information to ANYONE. ISMS will use your information only to contact participants for current course registration and future participation. Online Payments are made through a secure ATB/Moneris website and only seen by ATB/Moneris. If there are any concerns please contact us or ATB/Moneris.
